How to utilize for best results:

Shake gently before opening & using. Because of its concentration, only drop a small amount directly onto your tongue & swallow. (About 1/4 of the full dropper) Try to avoid touching your tongue with the actual dropper. Use as needed throughout the day.

Bonus Option:

• For an invigorating refreshing experience, add a few drops to your water, coffee, or hot tea. Great for adding to your glass water bottle during workouts.
• Customize your breath refresher by adding drops of Kuhl Essence Mystic Mint CBD Oil. Using the dropper, apply CBD Oil sublingually under your tongue. Hold there for 40-60 seconds & then swallow.
