Shipping Policy

Kuhl Essence uses multiple carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. In some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight & location. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States & its territories. We happily receive orders 24 hours a day on our website. Orders are shipped business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders placed before 1pm(EST) may ship the same day or the next business day. We do not ship on holidays recognized by the US Postal Service. You will be sent an order confirmation upon checkout, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your shipping label is created.

Warm Weather:

Kuhl Essence is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. Most products will be fine & will not melt in transit. However, some types of products such as CBD Gummies & Salves can melt in the warm weather. We can’t guarantee our heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect condition. We will do our best to insure they do.

Ways you can be helpful:

Be present for delivery &/or have someone available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat. If the box feels warm, open it immediately to expose the product to a cooler environment. Also, give the product a chance to firm up again before handling it further. Because the salves are made with natural butters, they could possibly melt. If this has occurred, be cautious opening them so they do not spill. Place them in a refrigerator for an hour to solidify. Please keep in mind, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for a melted product due to heat exposure & warm weather.
