How it can be helpful:
Has been known to lessen, diminish, & stop the symptoms from headaches, migraines, & hangovers by supporting a calm & relaxed mind. Can be ‘kuhl-ing’ & refreshing.
How to utilize for best results:
Once you feel any discomfort coming on, use the rollball applicator to apply a small amount to the inner wrists, temples, & the nape of your neck. Avoid your eye area! Massage the product in to the neck & the temples in circular motions.
Practice slow & deep breathing by inhaling the blend from your wrist area. Take 4-7 long breaths – Inhale through your nose, exhale from your mouth. Can be used everyday. Re-apply as needed throughout the day. May be useful as a preventative method.
