Kuhl Essence is willing to work together with you to ensure a great experience. We want you to be excited about & happy with your purchase. However, we understand things happen. You’ll find our return policy below, please take time to read it thoroughly. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have within 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return/exchange. You’ll need to return the product purchased in order to receive a refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable! Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We will happily pay return shipping fees if the delivery is a mistake on behalf of Kuhl Essence. (for example, you received a damaged product or incorrect item).

If your order has already been processed for shipment (meaning your shipping label has been created and the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you), then we will not be able to issue you a refund unless we receive the products back to us. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case either. Contact Kuhl Essence and we will issue the refund once we receive the products back.

If you have purchased more than 1 item of the same kind, only 1 item of each type of product is allowed to be opened for consideration of a return. The other items must come back unopened and unused in order to receive consideration for a FULL refund for the unopened boxes. If two of the items have already been opened, then we can only issue a refund for the one opened box(or product) with a return fee charge of $15.00. The opened box(or product) may be charged the return fee or not applicable for any refund at all if the returned box contains at least one empty bottle.

Under no circumstances will any refund be processed without proper Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMAF) included. All requests for product returns/exchanges must be submitted to the Kuhl Essence Returns Department via email with a requested RMAF. Upon email request, the RMAF will be emailed to the customer. Please fill out the form in its entirety & re-submitted to begin the consideration of the return process.

Please keep in mind that approved refunds may take up to 4 weeks before they appear on the customer’s bank statement – most cases could be quicker. However, due to the return shipping time (usually 3-10 business days), return processing (6-8 business days), and refund requests to the bank (another 3-10 business days), it can take up to 4 weeks.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the error is on behalf of Kuhl Essence, we’ll provide you a return shipping label.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to provide footage (pictures, videos, etc).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need or would like the product sooner, we suggest you place a new order for replacement while the return process is pending.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
