How to utilize for best results:
About 20-30 minutes prior to going to bed, apply a small amount to the back of the neck, temples, chest area, bottoms of your feet, & wrists. Massage in to those areas, especially bottom of your feet. Avoid your eyes!
Practice slow & deep breathing by inhaling the blend from your wrist area. Take 4 – 7 long breaths – Inhale from the nose & exhale through the mouth. Can be used everyday. Re-apply as needed throughout the night.
Avoid using electronic devices or watching television for less stimulation.
