How it can be helpful:
Has been known to prevent & lessen feelings of worry, fear, panic attacks, & anxiety. May help to calm & relax the mind.
How to utilize for best results:
As soon as you feel like an anxiety or panic attack is about to occur, apply to the nape of the neck, wrist area, inner elbow, and temples. Avoid the eye area! Massage the oil in to the nape of the neck & temple area.
Practice slow & deep breathing by inhaling the blend from your wrist area. Take 4 – 7 long breaths – Inhale from the nose & exhale through the mouth.
If this tends to happen often, once or twice a week use as a preventative method. Choose certain days that you’ll remember so it becomes a part of your routine. Can be used everyday. Re-apply as needed throughout the day.

I keep a couple different rollerballs of “Simmer Down” around the house I love it so much. I use it for anxiety but mostly just to destress on a day to day basis. It takes me from a 10 all the way to chill after applying it usually to my wrists and taking a few deep breathes. The aromatherapy scent is unlike anything ive ever smelled, it calms me and destresses me but it doesnt make me fall asleep so I use it all throughout the day. It is extremely complex scent wise and I get asked often what I’m wearing when I’ve just used it because it smells so good.
