Servings: Approximately 30 servings per bottle.
Dosage: 30mg of CBD Hemp Extract in a full dropper (equals 1 serving).
Bottle: 1oz bottle contains a total of 900mg of CBD.

Consume: Using the dropper, apply CBD Oil sublingually under your tongue. Hold there for 40-60 seconds & then swallow. This will allow for quicker absorption in to your bloodstream because it allows the blood vessels time to absorb.

It depends on a few factors including characteristics that contribute to your unique genetics & body chemistry.

● What is your desired result?
● How fast does your body metabolize & flush out toxins?
● What is your body type, size & weight?
● How strong is the concentration of the CBD product & its serving size?

Helpful CBD Tips:

● It’s important to remember, CBD is non-intoxicating and will NOT give you that feeling of being “high” effect.

● Each individual has a different level of CBD that his or her body can absorb before it naturally wastes what is not needed.  This is why we encourage starting with a lower dosage to avoid wasting your CBD products & your money. You won’t overdose on CBD, but you can waste it if your body doesn’t necessarily need that much to be effective.

● CBD is focused on targeting & being beneficial for your internal regulatory system, otherwise known as the Endo-Cannabinoid System (ECS).

● The benefits of CBD can be subtle & gradual. For better results, we encourage you to implement consuming CBD as a consistent part of your everyday daily routine. like you would a daily vitamin.

● Begin with a 1/4(quarter) to a 1/2(half) of a dropper twice a day.  Once in the AM & again in the PM. Try to consume at the same time everyday to stay on a schedule.

• Micro-dosing is recommended to help your system absorb & process what is right for you specifically. It’s about finding that “Sweet Spot”.
• You should start with a lower dosage & gauge how your body feels after the first 4-6 days. Some individuals will need to slightly increase their dosage & others may find their “sweet spot” with the original minimal amount.

If you do increase your dosage:

AM: consume 1/2(half) a dropper up to a full dropper

PM: consume a 1/4(quarter) to a 1/2(half) dropper
